All of my homemade specialties are made fresh daily, personally by the “Enchilada Lady” using local fresh ingredients then frozen so that they may be sold to you. Each comes with instructions on reheating so that they can go from your freezer to the table and taste as fresh as if you just made them from scratch yourself. We take great pride in catering to the culinary needs of today’s busy family that would like a homemade meal without all the fuss. You can be assured that our food will tantalize your taste buds with an array of spices but without the searing heat that is traditionally known to accompany Mexican cuisine.
